Crunchy Coconut Chocolate Biscuits

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond meal

1 + 1/2 cups shredded coconut

2 tablespoons of INCA Organics raw cacao whey protein powder

3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

3 tablespoons melted coconut oil

4 tablespoons cacao powder

Pinch of salt

Melted dark chocolate (optional) to drizzle on top

 

Method:

Preheat oven to bake 160 degrees. Into a bowl add the shredded coconut and Organic raw cacao protein powder, almond meal, cacao powder and salt. Mix with a spoon until well combined. Add pure maple syrup and melted coconut oil and mix in well (using your hands as mixers is good-squeeze the mixture together to really combine it well). Spoon out tablespoons of the mixture onto a lined baking tray, roll into balls, and press down flat. Bake for around 15 minutes. Enjoy!
