Combine 2 tablespoons (33 g) into 250ml coconut water, skim milk or water, shake well and drink immediately. Blend with fruit to make your favourite power smoothie.

For example, if you weigh 85kg and play football (AFL) you would require: 85 * 1.7 = 145g of protein per day. One serving of INCA Organic Whey mixed with water will provide 26.4g.
