Ingredients:
1/3 cup cacao/cocoa powder
1/3 cup almond meal
1/3 cup INCA Organics raw cacao whey protein powder
2 tbspn coconut oil
1 1/2 tbspn maple syrup/honey
Dark chocolate to coat
Method:
Add into a blender the cacao powder, almond meal, protein powder, coconut oil, and sweetener and blend until the mixture starts to form a dough. Spoon out teaspoons of the mixture and roll into small balls. Place in freezer for ten minutes to harden. Dunk in melted chocolate and decorate with cacao nibs (optional) pop back in freezer until set. Keep in freezer/fridge.
