SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PACKAGING, HANDLING AND POSTAGE COSTS
Flat rate postage (Australia wide) quoted at time of order.
Your product will be shipped from our office in Melbourne. Both National and International orders are sent via Sendle or Australia Post.
At time of dispatch, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow the delivery of your order. The tracking number can also be entered via the link below (depending on the carrier):

Parcels – You should allow 0.6/kg for each 450g tub and 1.1/kg for the large pouches.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of placing your order (Monday to Friday). Please note, the below Standard Delivery and Express Delivery time frames apply once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times of 2-8 working days are to be expected (depending on the location). If the delivery address is unattended at time of delivery a notification card will be left by the carrier to arrange re-delivery or pick up from your nearest post office or pickup station.
Delivery times of 1-2 business days are to be expected depending on the location. Next business day delivery network operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres). Please expect longer delivery times if your location is outside the Express Post network.

The upmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately (email@example.com) to discuss your situation.
For returns, please also email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning your product outlining the reason for the return. That way we can make sure your product is dealt with quickly when it arrives in the INCA Organics office.
