PACKAGING, HANDLING AND POSTAGE COSTS

Flat rate postage (Australia Wide) quoted at time of order.

POSTAGE METHODS

Your product will be shipped from our office in Melbourne. Both National and International orders are sent via Sendle or Australia post. We understand shipping costs can sometimes be prohibitive and have strived to ensure that our shipping rates are as good as they can be.

Australian Orders:

Your order confirmation email will include a unique tracking number. This number can be used to follow the delivery of your item on the link below:

Standard delivery times of 2-7 working days are to be expected. If the delivery address is unattended on delivery your order will be sent to your nearest Australia Post Office and you will be left a notification card.

We dispatch all orders within 2 working days of your order being placed.

International Orders:

Parcels – You should allow 0.6/kg for each 450g tub and 1.1/kg for the large pouches.
Please email sales@incaorganics.com.au with your order and delivery address if your would like to proceed.

DAMAGED GOODS

The upmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately (sales@incaorganics.com.au) to discuss your situation.

For returns, please also email sales@incaorganics.com.au prior to returning your product outlining the reason for the return. That way we can make sure your product is dealt with quickly when it arrives in the INCA Organics office.
