POSTAGE METHODS & TRACKING
INCA Organics is based in Melbourne, Australia and we ship worldwide (with the exception of some countries). The prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars.
Domestic orders will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post. International orders will be sent via Australia Post or DHL.
At time of dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation Email from Sendle or Australia Post with a tracking number and link so you can follow the delivery of your order. Please check your spam folder in case it lands in there by mistake.
-Free shipping on domestic orders of $65+.
-Flat Rate shipping of $6.95 applies on domestic orders below $65.
-Express Shipping on domestic orders $11.95.
-International orders: Please select the country from the drop-down menu at checkout to see flat rate postage costs for your specific country. If your country is not displayed or should you have any questions in regards to international shipping, please email email@example.com.
HANDLING & DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders (both standard and express) within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Most orders are dispatched the next business day. The following Standard and Express Delivery time frames apply once your order has been dispatched.:
Standard Orders will be sent via Australia Post or Courier from our warehouse in Melbourne.
Victoria Metro: 1-3 business days
Victoria Rural: 3-4 business days
Interstate Metro: 2-5 business days
Interstate Rural: 5-10 business days (depending on location)
Express Orders will be sent via Australia Post- Express Post from Melbourne (Metro).
Victoria Metro & Rural: 1-2 business days
Interstate Metro & CBD: 1-2 business days
Interstate Other & Rural: 1-4 business days (depending on location)
Although we do our best to send out orders in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the third-party delivery companies.
COVID-19 SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
Please note limited airfreight capacity may cause delivery delays to some destinations. For more information regarding shipping and transit during COVID-19, please refer to the Australia Post website here. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and thank you kindly for your understanding.
For specific delivery instructions e.g. Authority to leave parcel at front door if no one is home etc. please make a note in the “Note” section at checkout. Please note the courier can’t arrange a specific day or time for delivery or phone on approach. If the delivery address is unattended at time of delivery a notification card will be left by the carrier to arrange re-delivery or pick up from your nearest post office or pickup station (e.g. newsagent etc.).
If the courier doesn’t deem it safe to leave parcel even though Authority to Leave has been provided, they will leave a card.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels if ‘Authority to leave’ has been requested by the receiver.

Please note items might attract duties/taxes according to the regulations in your country. Duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the receiver/addressee and are out of the sender and delivery agents hands.
The upmost care will be taken when packaging your product. Should anything be damaged during transit please advise us immediately (email@example.com) to discuss your situation.
Unfortunately, our products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
