Chocolate chia pudding is a creamy, indulgent treat made with lots of goodness and items you may already have in your pantry. Refrigerated overnight, it thickens into a pudding-like consistency. Rich in antioxidants, fibre, and healthy fats, it’s a delicious and nutritious dessert or breakfast option.

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

- 1/4 cup chia seeds⁣
- 1 cup of milk of choice ⁣
- 2 tbls maple syrup⁣
- 2 tbls cacao powder⁣
- 1/2 cup of yogurt ⁣
- 1-3 teaspoons of INCA Wellness Collagen
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon ⁣
Optional: 2 scoops of INCA Organic Whey protein of your choice

Toppings ⁣
- Flaked almonds ⁣
- Chocolate shavings ⁣


METHOD
Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl. Then add chia seeds and mix well to prevent clumping together. ⁣
Refrigerate over night and serve with toppings before eating.
