INCA Organics is based in Melbourne, Australia and we ship internationally.
The prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars.
SHIPPING COSTS
AUSTRALIA
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $70.
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 for orders under $70.
- Express Shipping: $11.95.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders are charged a flat rate and are sent via Australia Post. The shipping cost varies by country and is calculated at checkout.
If your country is not displayed and for any questions you can contact us at info@incaorganics.com.au. We are constantly working towards improving our international shipping rates.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch all standard and express orders within 1- 2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed over the weekends or on Victorian Public holidays.
Most orders are dispatched the next business day. Following dispatch, you will be notified via Email with a tracking number. Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods such as Sales and Public Holidays.

Please note: Delivery times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (sales, public holidays) or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond INCA Organics’ reasonable control.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide, with some exceptions. Delivery times vary by destination country, with most international orders arriving within 6 to 21 business days from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived within three weeks of placement, please contact our Customer Service team at info@incaorganics.com.au and provide your order number. Please note that products may be subject to duties or taxes according to the regulations of the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
TRACKING
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you are unable to locate your tracking number or have any questions about your shipped order, you can send us an email at info@incaorganics.com.au with your order number. Our Customer Care team is available Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm AEST.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Order Amendments and Cancellations
Once your order has been placed and imported into our system, it is processed immediately for fast dispatch by our warehouse and logistics team. Due to the speed of our process, it is unlikely that we can make updates or changes to orders after they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order. If we are able to cancel an order prior to dispatch, we will refund the order amount minus a $5 restocking and admin fee per product. For assistance with order errors, please email sales@incaorganics.com.au with your order number.

If you require assistance with an error made on your order, please send an email to sales@incaorganics.com.au with your order number. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist.
Address Verification Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order at checkout. Once an order is placed, address updates are very unlikely to be possible, as orders are automatically sent to our warehouse and enters a queue for processing. After a short window of time, changes—including address updates—are no longer possible due to the fulfillment process being underway.
NOTES & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that couriers cannot arrange a specific day or time for delivery or phone upon approach. INCA Organics cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels if 'Authority to leave' has been requested by the receiver.
INCORRECT ITEM OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Each order is sent out with care and attention. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within seven days of receipt at info@incaorganics.com.au. Include your order number and attach any photos of the wrong or damaged product to help facilitate the process.
If you haven’t received your order, please contact us within 14 days of placing it. We’ll investigate the issue and assist with a resolution. Note: Claims made after 14 days may not be eligible for support or replacement.
