Returns 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, once opened, our products cannot be returned unless faulty. Once opened, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or personal taste differences. Please read the product information and ingredients list carefully to decide if the product is right for you prior to making a purchase. Damaged Goods

In the event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us with photos and your order number at sales@incaorganics.com.au within 7 days of receipt. Our team will assist in facilitating the return of the product by providing a postage label and will organize a replacement or issue you with a refund. All return items will be subject to review by our quality control team upon receipt.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns of products if they are unopened and in their original packaging without damage. Contact our team at info@incaorganics.com.au to discuss further. Please note that any shipping charges for returning and exchanging the products have to be covered by the sender.

Products Purchased Outside INCA Organics Website

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate returns for INCA Organics products purchased outside of incaorganics.com.au. However, we are happy to support you in liaising with any retailer to facilitate your needs. Reach out to our expert team for help.

Incorrect Item Or Lost In Transit

Each order is sent out with care and attention. If you receive an incorrect item, or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days from receipt of your order at info@incaorganics.com.au. Please reference your order number and attach any photos of the wrong or damaged product received to help facilitate the process.
