Fuel your day the wholesome way with this refreshing Protein Strawberry Mousse — a light, protein-rich recipe designed to support your wellness from the inside out. Blended with juicy strawberries, natural yogurt, and INCA Organics whey protein, it's packed with nutrients to help balance energy, support muscle recovery, and satisfy your sweet cravings — naturally.

Whether you enjoy it as a post-workout recharge, a light breakfast, or a nourishing dessert, this mousse makes healthy eating feel effortless — and delicious.

 

Ingredients (Serves 1–2):

  • 1 scoop INCA Organics Whey Protein (Vanilla or Natural)

  • 1 cup strawberries 

  • 2 egg whites

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1–2 tbsp sweetener

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp lemon zest or juice (optional)

  • Pinch of sea salt

 

Method:

  1. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.

  2. Blend strawberries, yogurt, INCA Organics whey, sweetener, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.

  3. Fold the whipped egg whites gently into the strawberry mix.

  4. Spoon into jars or glasses and chill for at least 1 hour.

  5. Serve with fresh strawberries or toppings of choice.
