Say goodbye to boring breakfasts — protein waffles are here to level up your morning game! These golden, crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside waffles are packed with protein to keep you full, fuelled, and ready to crush your day or post workout.

Protein waffles aren’t just a nutritious choice, they’re a delicious one. Whether you're meal-prepping for the week, grabbing a quick post-gym bite, or just satisfying your waffle cravings, this recipe checks all the boxes. Top them with berries, nut butter, or even Greek yogurt for a breakfast (or snack) that feels indulgent but fuels your body right.

 

Ingredients

(Makes 1 large waffle or 2 small ones)
  • 1 scoop of INCA ORGANICS Whey Natural protein powder

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter

  • 2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: cinnamon or berries

 

 

Method: 

Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it.

In a bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients: egg, milk, oil, and vanilla.

Add the protein powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Let the batter sit for 1–2 minutes to thicken slightly.

Pour batter into the hot waffle iron and cook according to your machine’s instructions — usually 3–5 minutes — until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with your favourite toppings: Greek yogurt & berries
