Adding a little extra protein to your day doesn’t have to mean another shake or smoothie. One of the easiest (and tastiest) ways to boost your intake is by incorporating protein powder into your favourite sweet treats. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of yogurt ( Greek or coconut) 
  • 1 cup of raspberries 
  • 1 tbls honey
  • 1 scoop INCA Organics Whey Natural Protein Powder or Skin Body Gut Plant Protein Vanilla 
  • Melted dark chocolate 

 

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl 
  2. Freeze onto a tray until firm
  3. Coat each one in melted dark chocolate and let it set
  4. ENJOY!
