These simple chocolate peanut butter protein balls are the perfect snack for anyone on the go! Packed with protein and made with just a few wholesome ingredients, they offer a delicious combination of rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter. 

Whether you're fuelling up before a workout or need a quick energy boost during the day, these protein balls are an easy and satisfying choice. Plus, they're super simple to make and perfect for meal prepping!

 

  • 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 ⅓ cups old fashioned oats (rolled oats)
  • ½ cup INCA Wellness Skin Body Gut Plant Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate (substitute with INCA Whey Protein if preferred) 
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup mini dark chocolate chips

METHOD

Add the creamy peanut butter, honey, rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, and mini dark chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and use a rubber spatula to mix until the batter is combined.

Use a mini cookie scoop or a spoon to drop energy balls with a spoon onto a baking paper covered tray.

Roll the energy balls with your hands to form the shape. This makes 22 - 24 good sized energy bites.

Place tray with the protein balls on it in the fridge for 1 hour, or until the balls are hardened.
