This omega-3 filled breakfast is perfect for a ready-to-go morning snack on the run, or sit down and enjoy a leisurely weekend breakfast for two.

Prep + cool time: 12 hours. Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1-3 teaspoons of INCA Wellness Collagen powder
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • 1 tbs psyllium husk
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs pure maple syrup
  • Blueberries, pistachio nuts and toasted coconut to serve

 

METHOD

Mix all ingredients in a bowl Place in fridge overnight to set.
Serve with blueberries, coconut and nuts as desired.
