This Spiced Pear & Oat Smoothie is the perfect winter blend—creamy, comforting, and packed with seasonal flavour. Ripe pear, hearty oats, almond butter, and warming spices like cinnamon and ginger come together to create a smoothie that feels more like a cozy breakfast in a glass. It’s naturally sweet, full of fibre, and great for keeping you full and energised on chilly mornings.
Ingredients:
1 ripe pear (peeled and cored)
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 scoops of Inca Organics Skin Body Gut Natural Plant Protein Vanilla
1 cup of milk of choice
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and add more milk or sweetener if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
