Our Coconut flour is produced using fresh coconuts grown in fair trade, certified organic coconut plantations in Sri Lanka. Our coconut flour is produced by removing and shredding the fresh white organic flesh from the coconut shell. This is then pressed to remove oil and milk. Next the flesh is dried at a low temperature and ground to produce coconut flour. No chemicals or excessive heat is used during these steps. This ensures that the flour maintains its natural integrity and nutritional value, providing a wholesome and minimally processed product.
